On time and within budget
Management of production from end to end; project scoping, budget implementation and management; creation and management of production schedules; organising casting sessions, contracts and liaising with talent agents; sourcing and obtaining locations and associated permits; sourcing and booking crew, equipment, studios and post production facilities; OHS Management incl. pre-production risk analysis, liaising with safety officers; managing shoot schedules; writing call sheets; management of all post production activities though to delivery.

Collaboration is key to bringing the best vision to life . My skills range from developing concepts, scripts, treatments; on camera interviewing; directing talent and crew; and post activities including edit, motion graphics, colour grade and audio post production.
